Before you upload
What should I upload?
The contract or subcontract, any specification or bill of quantities, and the current drawings. Minutes, RFIs and instruction emails help: they are what we compare the contract against.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a review of the documents you supply, with every finding tied to the clause or sheet it came from. It makes the conversation with your lawyer shorter and sharper, not unnecessary.
Who can see my documents?
You. Files are stored privately against your account, access is restricted to it at the database level, and they are never used to train a model or shared with another customer.
How long does it take?
The analysis starts the moment your files land and runs while you create your account. For a normal bundle the report is waiting by the time you finish.
What if I upload the wrong document?
We read it first and tell you. If it is not a construction contract, specification or drawing set, we say what it looks like instead and what to send — before you create an account.
What if the report finds something serious?
Call the number on the report. Our lawyers and engineers will go through the findings with you and tell you what to put in writing, and by when.
