Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

CONGREAT LTD (Company No. 517190351), Israel. The English version of these Terms governs in case of any conflict with a translation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Congreat platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the services. If you access or use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and CONGREAT LTD with respect to the services and supersede all prior agreements. The English version governs in case of any conflict with a translated version.

2. Description of Service

Congreat is an agentic AI data platform that helps legal and business professionals assemble case intelligence. The platform connects, only with your authorization, to third-party cloud services (Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft OneDrive) and turns the relevant matter slice into a curated, searchable evidence corpus from which the agent produces cited cards and answers.

Congreat is designed to empower professionals, not to replace them. The platform is an assistive tool. It does not exercise legal judgment, does not represent you, and the professional using it remains fully responsible for any work product, decision, or filing.

3. AI Output Is Not Legal Advice

The cited cards, answers, summaries, and other outputs produced by Congreat are generated by automated agentic AI systems. They are assistive only and DO NOT constitute legal advice, do not create a lawyer-client relationship with Congreat, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for the independent professional judgment of a qualified lawyer.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or contain errors or hallucinations. You must independently verify every fact, citation, and conclusion before relying on it in any legal or business proceeding. Congreat is not liable for any reliance on AI output that has not been verified by you.

4. User Accounts and Eligibility

Access to Congreat is by invitation only. You must be at least 18 years of age. Each individual may hold only one active account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, and you agree to notify us immediately at amitai@congreat.co of any unauthorized use.

5. Client Data and Authority to Connect

When you connect a data source or instruct Congreat to process a client matter, you represent and warrant that you have the lawful authority and all necessary consents to do so. For client business data, Congreat acts as a processor on your behalf; you (and your client, as applicable) remain the controller. Integrations are granted by the end-client account that owns the data, and your access to that data is delegated, per-matter, and revocable — we never receive raw provider tokens beyond what is needed to ingest the authorized matter slice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform in any manner that:

  • Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Involves reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the platform.
  • Circumvents rate limits, access controls, or security features of the service.
  • Accesses or processes data belonging to another user or organization without explicit authorization.
  • Introduces malware or any other malicious or harmful code into the platform or the systems it connects to.
  • Reproduces, resells, or exploits any portion of the service without the express written permission of Congreat.

7. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership

CONGREAT LTD and its licensors retain all intellectual property rights in and to the platform — software, design, models, and algorithms. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for your internal professional purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all rights in and to the data you connect or upload ("Your Data") and in the curated cards corpus generated from it. We claim no ownership over Your Data, do not use it to train any model, and process it solely to provide the services to you. We are granted only the limited license necessary to ingest, encrypt, store, and process Your Data for that purpose.

8. Privacy

Your use of Congreat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and describes how we collect, process, encrypt, and protect data.

9. Disclaimers and Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Congreat does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or complete.

We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data retrieved from third-party services. Output should be verified independently before being relied upon in any legal or business proceeding.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Congreat and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the services or any reliance on AI output.

In no event shall Congreat’s total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Congreat in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This liability cap applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Congreat from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, including any claim that you lacked authority to connect or process the data you provided.

12. Termination and Data Deletion

Congreat may suspend or terminate your access for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to others or to the integrity of the service. You may cancel your account at any time at amitai@congreat.co. Upon termination, OAuth tokens are deleted and, upon a deletion request, Your Data is irreversibly deleted by destroying the client-owned encryption keys that protect it — rendering it permanently unrecoverable (GDPR Art. 17 / PPL §14).

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the services.

14. Changes to Terms

Congreat may modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ advance notice by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
