Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. We also use related browser storage such as localStorage. Together they let the site keep you signed in, remember your language preference, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. This page explains exactly which cookies and storage Congreat sets and why.
Congreat is an invite-only platform. We keep cookie usage to the minimum required to run the service and to measure aggregate usage — we do not use cookies for cross-site advertising.
The table below lists the cookies and browser storage the platform actually sets:
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
congreat_party_session | Keeps you securely signed in (httpOnly auth session, signed with jose/JWT). | Session | Strictly necessary |
congreat-consent | Records your cookie consent choice so we do not ask again. | 1 year | Strictly necessary |
congreat_lang | Remembers your language preference (EN/HE). Browser localStorage. | Persistent (until cleared) | Preferences |
ph_* | PostHog product analytics — aggregate, de-identified usage. Set only after consent. | Up to 1 year | Analytics |
We do not set advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies.
When you first visit, our consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential (analytics) cookies. You can change your mind at any time:
