Congreat makes software that reads a construction project's contract and its daily email and flags changes early. We contact professionals at construction and project-management firms who may find it useful. This page explains what we hold about you if we have contacted you, or if you have written to us, and what you can do about it.
Who we are. CONGREAT LTD, Derech Beit Lechem 88, Jerusalem, Israel. Contact for anything on this page: privacy@congreat.co.
What we hold. Your name, job title, employer, the city or region on your profile, your work email address if we found one, your LinkedIn profile address, and the dates we invited you, you accepted, and either of us wrote. If you write to us, we keep what you wrote.
Where it comes from. Your public LinkedIn profile and your employer's public website. If we email you, we first check that the address can receive mail with an email-verification service.
Why, and on what basis. To introduce our software to people whose work it relates to, and to answer you if you write. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in telling relevant professionals about a business product (GDPR Art 6(1)(f)). We contact only people in roles our product serves, and at most a few people per firm.
Who else handles it. Service providers that act on our instructions: LinkedIn (for the invitation itself); our email providers; HubSpot (if you book a meeting); Atlassian (our internal task tracker); an email-verification service. Some are outside your country, including in the United States; where that happens, the provider's data-processing agreement governs the transfer.
How long we keep it. If you don't reply within 28 days of our invitation, we delete your details and keep only what we need to make sure we don't contact you again. If you write to us, we keep the conversation for as long as it's relevant, and at most 12 months after it ends.
Your rights. You can ask us what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy. You can object to any contact from us at any time: reply "stop", or write to the contact above. We then stop for good and keep only a note that you don't want to hear from us. You can also complain to your national data-protection authority.
